How do I create an account?
Open the app and select "Create account". You can log in with email, Apple, or Google.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
In the app: Profile → Premium → Manage subscription. This will open Apple's or Google's subscription settings where you can cancel.
How many projects can I have for free?
You can have up to 3 active projects, as well as full access to your yarn stash, tools, forum, videos, inspiration, and 10 AI credits per month completely free.
What is an AI credit?
An AI credit is used when you chat with the AI assistant, translate a recipe, generate a color palette, or scan a yarn label. Premium users have 200 AI credits per month.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → My account → Delete account. This will permanently remove all your data.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
On the login screen, select "Forgot password". We will send you a link to reset it.
