Lopapeysa.dk operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience ("the Services"). Lopapeysa.dk is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal data when you visit, use or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services, or otherwise communicate with us.

The personal data we collect or process

When we use the term "personal data", we are referring to information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you. We may collect or process the following categories:

• Financial information: Transaction details, payment method and payment confirmation (processed securely via Shopify Payments and MobilePay).

Sources of personal data

We collect personal data directly from you (when you make a purchase), automatically through cookies and pixels on our website, and from our service providers such as Shopify and Meta.

How we use your personal data

Providing and improving the Services: We use your information to fulfil our contract with you, process payments, prepare orders via Shipmondo and handle shipping with GLS/PostNord.

Marketing and advertising: We use your personal data to show you online advertisements (via Meta/Facebook/Instagram) based on your activity in the store.

Security: To prevent fraud and ensure a secure payment experience.

How we disclose personal data

We disclose your personal data to third parties that perform services on our behalf:

Shopify: Our main platform for running the store.

Payment partners: Shopify Payments and Vipps MobilePay.

Logistics: Shipmondo, GLS and PostNord.

Marketing: Meta (for personalised advertising and analytics via your Pixel integration).

Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify. Information you submit is transferred to and shared with Shopify for the purpose of providing the Services to you. Shopify processes data in accordance with its own policy, and you can read more in Shopify's consumer privacy policy.

The Lopapeysa Companion app

The app collects:

Account information (name, email, profile picture, Apple/Google Sign-In) User content (projects, yarn stash, patterns, forum posts, videos, KAL participation) AI requests (processed by Google Gemini, not stored permanently) Push notification tokens hCaptcha bot-protection data (for security at login/registration)

Data storage and processing:

Account data and user content are stored with Supabase (EU-hosted) AI requests are processed by Google Gemini (not stored permanently) Video and KAL data are handled via our own database Subscriptions are handled via RevenueCat Bot protection is handled via hCaptcha. App updates are delivered via Expo (EAS Update): on app launch, an anonymous installation ID along with the app and platform version is sent to Expo to check for and download any updates. Activity timestamp: The time of your most recent app activity (used to deliver and improve the service).

Payments: Premium subscriptions (unlimited projects, AI credits, videos, KAL participation) are purchased via RevenueCat and synced with the app.
