Returns and Right of Withdrawal for Lopapeysa ApS
At Lopapeysa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your items. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your parcel.
1. How to exercise your right of withdrawal
You must notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase no later than 14 days after receipt. You can send an email to info@lopapeysa.dk.
Once you have notified us, you must return the item to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.
2. Easy returns via our return portal
To make it as easy as possible for you, we have set up a return portal through Shipmondo. Here you can order and print a return label:

Return costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the item.
Liability: You are responsible for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We therefore always recommend shipping with tracking.
3. Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any diminished value of the item if it has been handled in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.
Specifically for yarn and wool products: As we sell natural products, the item is considered to have been used (which may result in up to 100% diminished value) if:
The yarn's ball band is broken or removed.
The item smells of smoke, food, perfume or pets.
The item has been washed, knitted with or otherwise processed.
4. Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We refund all payments received from you (excluding return shipping, unless otherwise agreed) no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have provided documentation that you have returned it.
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction (e.g. a reversal to MobilePay or credit card).

Please note: We do not accept parcels sent cash-on-delivery or parcels without home delivery (to parcel shops).
