Terms and Conditions for Lopapeysa ApS
1. General information
These terms and conditions apply to any purchase made at www.lopapeysa.dk as well as to the use of and subscriptions in the Lopapeysa Companion app (iOS and Android), which is owned and operated by:

2. Ordering and payment
Orders are placed via our webshop. Once you have completed an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. A binding purchase agreement is only concluded once you have received this confirmation.
We accept the following payment methods through Shopify Payments:
Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay.
Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Mobile payment: MobilePay.
Payment will only be charged to your account once the item is dispatched from our warehouse. We do not charge card fees. For payments by MobilePay or credit card, we comply with applicable consumer protection rules for distance selling.
3. Prices and currency
All prices stated in the webshop are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, exchange-rate changes or changes in duties. The price at the time of ordering is the applicable price for the purchase.
4. Delivery and shipping
We ship all parcels from our warehouse in Copenhagen via Shipmondo using the following carriers:
GLS (parcel shop or home delivery)
PostNord (parcel shop or home delivery)
Delivery time: Normal delivery time in Denmark is 1–3 business days. Should delays occur with the carrier, Lopapeysa ApS cannot be held liable, but we will of course help to trace the parcel. Shipping prices: The exact shipping costs are clearly shown during checkout, before you confirm your purchase.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The deadline runs from the day you physically received your item.
Notice of withdrawal: Within 14 days of receipt, you must notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Notice must be given by email to info@lopapeysa.dk. You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without also notifying us.
6. Returns and Return Portal
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the item as soon as possible and no later than 14 days afterwards.
To make the return easy and secure, we recommend using our official return portal: 👉 https://return.shipmondo.com/lopapeysa
Return costs: You bear the direct costs of returning the item.
Liability: You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept parcels sent cash-on-delivery or parcels sent without home delivery.
7. Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
Specifically regarding yarn and wool products: As we sell natural materials, items are considered to have been used (and thereby diminished in value by up to 100%) if:
The yarn's ball band is broken or removed.
The item smells of smoke, food, perfume or animals.
The item has been washed or otherwise processed.
8. Right to complain (statutory warranty)
The defect rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to purchases of goods. This means you have a 24-month right to complain. If your complaint is justified, you can have the item repaired, replaced, your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely. Always contact us at info@lopapeysa.dk before sending the item, so we can assess the matter.
9. Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us: name, address, phone number and email address. We register and pass on the personal data necessary to deliver the item to you (including to Shipmondo and the chosen carrier). We also work with a number of third parties that store and process data (e.g. Shopify and Meta).

10. Complaints
If, as a consumer, you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact us at info@lopapeysa.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to:

11. The Lopapeysa Companion app
Lopapeysa Companion is a mobile app (iOS and Android) that helps you keep track of knitting projects, yarn stash, patterns, inspiration and community. Use of the core features is free.
11.1 Features
Free features:
- Project organization (max. 5 projects total, lifetime)
- Digital yarn stash (unlimited)
- Pattern library (max. 5 patterns total, lifetime)
- Forum and community
- Knit-along (KAL) participation (1 free, lifetime)
- Video viewing
- AI assistant: 15 credits total (lifetime) — covers chat, scanning of yarn/patterns, and colour magic
- 100 MB image and PDF storage
Premium features:
- Unlimited projects
- Unlimited patterns
- AI assistant: 200 credits/month — covers chat, scanning of yarn/patterns, and colour magic
- Extended video viewing
- Unlimited KAL participation
- 5 GB image and PDF storage
- Priority support
11.2 Bot protection and security
The app uses hCaptcha to protect your account against automated attacks at login and registration. Bot-check data is not linked to your account.
11.3 User-generated content (forum and KAL)
The app includes forum and KAL features where you can share projects, take part in events, comment and follow other users. By using them, you accept:
No hate speech, harassment, spam or offensive content No copyright infringement (copied patterns, images, etc.) Lopapeysa ApS may remove content without notice in case of rule violations Repeated violations lead to a permanent ban of the account
11.4 Push notifications
You can choose to receive push notifications about comments, new followers, KAL reminders and updates. You can disable these via the app settings at any time.
11.5 Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete account in the app. All personal data and user content is permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.

11.7 Premium subscription (auto-renewing)
Prices and duration:
Monthly: 69 DKK/month Annual: 499 DKK/year
Prices include VAT. The exact price is shown before the purchase is confirmed in the app.
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) upon confirmation of the purchase.
Automatic renewal: The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. The amount is charged within 24 hours before the renewal time.
Cancellation: You can cancel the subscription at any time:
iOS: Settings → Your name → Subscriptions → Lopapeysa Companion Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You retain Premium access until that time.
Refunds: Refunds of subscription payments are administered by Apple and Google respectively. Lopapeysa ApS cannot refund directly. Refunds can be requested via:

Free trial period: If a free trial period is offered, any unused trial time is automatically forfeited when the Premium subscription is activated.
Price changes: We may change the subscription price. Changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email or in the app. You can cancel before the price takes effect if you do not wish to continue.
Quotas and recalculation: Monthly quotas reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused messages or scans do not carry over to the next month. When upgrading mid-period, you receive the full monthly quota for the remaining period.
